Good Friday

Just a note to let you all know that we are thinking of all our friends and family on this Good Friday, as we prepare for Easter... John and I were able to attend Stations of the Cross at noon today and everything has me reflecting on how lucky we are to be surrounded by wonderful friends and family. I hope you all take time this weekend to reflect on the gift surrounding each of you.

I also wanted to say thank you to Aunt Jackie for the great Easter treats she sent the boys. They were over the moon to have mail - and then to have presents, it was a big deal for them!

Our plans for the weekend include lots of egg hunting, egg dyeing and hopefully a floppy-eared someone will leave some treats for the boys Saturday night. When the Easter Bunny comes to our house, he leaves a jelly bean trail for the boys to their baskets. Last year, Jack was completely held up by the beans. He stopped and tried to eat them all. We'll see how it goes this year!
