The Laundry Quandary

- A side note for those of you who write much - quandary is not a word I've written in the past... Think about it. Have you used it in much prose? Most likely, no...

Anyway, as stated in my resolutions for the new year, I am trying to get a handle on laundry. My kids can plow through some clothing in a week. I'm tackling a load this evening for sure. As for the additional resolutions, we are well on our way. It's still day one on the 'healthier me' plan and I am hungry - but I'll keep trying to be positive.

Our weekend should've been used dealing with Mt. Laundry, and we scaled some of it, but we also had a playful weekend. I took the boys to see a dinosaur exhibit. It was great. They loved it. John stayed home with the baby, who is cutting the top teeth still. My niece was baptized yesterday and we celebrated John's dad's birthday as well. Our friend Julia came in for dinner with us last night. Jack talks about her quite frequently. We had a great time catching up and visiting. We appreciate her driving all the way out to see us :)

This week we are getting back in the swing of things - school, a full work week, etc... What's new in your neck of the woods?

Sounds like fun! I agree with the Mt Laundry! I get into that quandry quite often! I don't mind the washing part- it is the folding I dislike!

Not much new with us - other than the fractured arm!

Eric often folds the laundry cause of my excema, but I have a hard time putting it away! There is a pile of it on every surface of our bedroom. UGH! Must take care of that tomorrow!
Currently I am watching LSU beat OSU...was worried there in the beginning. I have had a pretty bad luck day today, maybe I will post more about it tomorrow. And I see that we have lost our defensive coordinator for football, which makes me sad. I really enjoyed watching Muschamp, so motivated!
